Kamshet is connected to Mumbai, Pune and Lonavala, and that is why reaching here is extremely easy and hassle-free. The meeting point is near hotel Rangoli and the Google map pin location will be sent in the confirmation mail beforehand. You need to park your vehicle at the meeting point as the road ahead to the paragliding site is not suitable for driving a vehicle. From the meeting point onward, our coordinator will coordinate with you. The easiest way to reach the site is to hire a jeep which would cost you Rs. 1000 for one-way travelling. You can divide the amount amongst the group. For example, if you are a group of eight people, you can divide the amount and pay. You can hire the same jeep for your return journey from paragliding site to the meeting point.
We will either fly from Kamshet Tower hills aka Kusgaon hills, Karanjgaon hills or Pawna Lake hills. These are places are nearby and well connected to Lonavala.
The reporting time will either be 9:00 am or 3:00 pm. You will be informed about the reporting time via SMS. You can also call us a day before your trip.
- You must be fit: physically and mentally.
- A participant of age from 12 to 65 years and weight of between 25 to 90 kg is eligible for flying.
- Participants of age 12 to 18 years should be accompanied by one adult and parental agreement is needed.
Comfortable and full-length pants, t-shirt and sports shoes are important. Never go for paragliding with wearing heels or slippers. Snacks, water and sunglasses need to be carried along.
